Further quality control is done through:

Product analysis – An analysis is done for all our manufactured products. This analysis lists the ingredients of the herbal merchandise, as well as a lot number for all the ingredients. The processes used in producing them are also included.

Procurement of raw materials - Our raw materials are acquired only from respectable wholesalers. We ask our supplier to provide a Certificate of Analysis for each raw product. These raw materials are also checked for genuineness by our in house Quality Assurance team.
Packaging materials - We are also careful about our packaging. All of our packaging materials are obtained only from respectable wholesalers. To prevent any misunderstanding, our Specific Quality Assurance personal make sure that appropriate labels are placed in the right products. Fresh labels are verified with the original master label to assure that there were no mistakes in the printing.

Lot numbers - When we receive an order, the requested herbal supplement is recorded in our production records. A lot number is designated to it. When all materials have been checked, they are released to the pharmacy.

Manufacturing Rules

Besides the procedures explained above, Herbal Wave Supplements follows the following regulations to ensure the maximum quality control in manufacturing:

Blending and Granulation - All of the sets of equipment we use for mixing and granulation is inspected by the Director of Operations before being used. Then, our raw materials will be inspected for the last time. The lots are then handled following severe written guidelines for each herbal product. When the powder blends have been granulated and blended, they are kept in uniquely designed containers to keep them fresh and to avoid contamination. Again, our Director of Operations sees to it that all recently made blends are labeled properly.

Encapsulation and Compression - When a test product has been created, a sample of it is handed over to Quality Assurance so that it can be compared with previously kept samples to guarantee quality. As soon as the new unit has been consented by Quality Assurance, we start with the full line production. Following fixed procedures, Quality Assurance inspects the capsules. For the process of blending and granulation, the capsules are kept in special containers to preserve their freshness and prevent contamination. Again, our Director of Operations sees to it that the new capsules are labeled properly.

Liquid products - Our liquid products are manufactured and have to follow the same strict procedures explained above in their process of blending, granulation, encapsulation, and compression.

Packaging and Inspection - When the final product has been created, it is once again inspected by our Quality Assurance staff. Cracked tablets, excessively-filled capsules. and other ruined products are separated from the lot. Products which have passed the Quality Assurance staff are then either packaged for bulk storage or bottled and labeled for consumers. The labels list the proper data required by the Federal Drug Administration. (Their batch numbers are also recorded.) All final products are correctly labeled and sealed off with a tamper proof seal. Samples of our raw materials are also stored by our Quality Assurance unit for a year after the expiration date of the last product they were used in. This unit also keeps samples of finished products for up to a year after their expiration date. These samples are strictly kept under authority.

Final Products - All of our finished products are kept in seclusion in a temperature-controlled environment until they are sent to the customer.

Our Quality Assurance staff also conducts both scheduled and surprise checks of the different steps in the production to guarantee the excellence, effectiveness, and pureness of both the raw materials and the finished supplements.
